Custom Vacuum Forming Services

Custom vacuum forming services by Golden Plastics Corp. offer heavy gauge cut sheet thermoforming, part and mold designs, and in-house tooling to produce high quality components for a wide range of industries. Using drape, plug assist, snap-back, billow air plug, and air-assist vacuum forming techniques, we produce parts up to 10' long and up to 5' wide. We work in a variety of plastics including ABS, acrylic, styrene, polycarbonate, PETG, polyethylene and polypropylene and can accommodate thicknesses from .060" to .5". Our secondary services include trimming, assembly, ultrasonic spot welding, bonding, gluing, fastening, decorating, labeling, and bar coding. A complete inspection process is continuous throughout manufacturing to ensure that we are providing the highest quality products available. Prototypes can be made within a week with typical lead times for production of 2-6 weeks. Rush services are also available.
